  • The app doesn't allow me to enter my weight/glucose manually, why?"
If you have any weight/glucose data in HealthKit (e.g., you have a scale that stores your weight/glucose in Apple HealthKit), then the app downloads the weight data automatically from HealthKit and there is no need to enter weight/glucose data manually. If you want to enter you weight/glucose manually, please turn off the corresponding switches in the Health app as shown in the screenshot below.
  • Why some of the graphs are blank?
Some of the graphs require more than one datapoint (e.g., the correlation between weight and keto level). As you enter more data, they will show up.
  • What is GKI?
The glucose ketone index (GKI) is the ratio of glucose and keto level. It is a single number that gives you a way to monitor the state of your metabolic health. Tracking your ketone levels lets you know how far you are into ketosis, and the GKI gives you a picture of the relationship between your ketone levels and your glucose levels. It’s simply an even more efficient way to see where you stand with your health. In general, anything below a 3 is a high level of ketosis (and low level of glucose), 3-6 means moderate ketosis, and 6-9 is a low level of ketosis. Remember, usually the lower the better
